Frequently Asked Questions

Are the teachers qualified?

We have experienced and qualified teachers from renowned institutes such as Madinah Islamic University (Madinah, KSA), Dar Ul Hadith (Makkah, KSA), Al Azhar University (Cairo, Egypt), Umm Al-Qura University (Makkah Al-Mukarramah) and many more.

All our teachers are DBS checked, qualified and fluent in English. They have been carefully selected for their knowledge and experience in working with children.

How will I know what my child is studying at the time?

We provide all children with an evaluation booklet which teachers use to record their current levels, what has been taught for each lesson, their behaviour and homework. It is also a means of communication between parents and teachers to put forward any comments, questions and feedback. Meetings can also be arranged if teachers and parents need to speak directly.

Where will I get the studying books from?

All books, bag, evaluation booklet, stationery and exercise books are available for a small fee.

Will I need to provide food/lunch for my child?

In both our Weekday Madrasah and Weekend Evening Madrasah programs, lunch is not required. However, you are welcome to send your child with a healthy drink and a small snack.

For our Weekend Madrasah program, parents will need to provide students with a suitable packed lunch that does not require heating.

When do I need to pay my child’s fees?

All fees must be paid at the beginning of each 4 week cycle. Copies of the cycle sheet are available at reception.
